- Experienced in Event, Internal Communication, Brand Communication Management
- Working knowledge of internal platforms like workplace by facebook, e-mail tools etc.
- 5+ year experience
- Strong project management and multitask skills
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Software skills (Power Point, Excel, Photoshop(preferred), HTML for website updates (preferred)
- Strong collaboration skills working cross functional and across cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for internal communication globally.
- Prepares and executes the Strategic Communication Plan where yearly communications objectives are determined in line with vision and business objectives.
- Responsible of all the communication channels management
- Plans and executes all the internal engagement activities and events
- Creates engaging digital and social opportunities for employees.
- Executes internal brandings ( eg. building branding materials..etc) and other promotional materials / gifts to employees
- Manages and controls budgets related to the accountable tasks.
