Knowledge And Skills:
- University Degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
- 5-6 years of international recruiting experience,
- Experienced in competency-based interviews,
- Experienced in project management,
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment,
- Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
- Being pro-active with the ability to prioritize, work with minimal control and direction
- Being able to communicate effectively with senior managers and staff at all levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the selection and recruitment process globally
- Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates,
- Publishing job posting in job boards, social media platforms and headhunting where needed
- Developing and managing the company’s employer brand,
- Ensuring a positive Hiring Manager and Candidate experience,
- Supporting onboarding journey of new team members,
- Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions,
- Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs,
- Providing regularly various recruiting reports to management
