- 5+ years of experience
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
- Experienced in project management,
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked, global environment,
- Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach,
- Ability to prioritize, work with minimal control and direction
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify areas, open to financial and non-financial improvement and to offer improvement suggestions,
- Supporting operation for the realization of priority strategic projects in line with the year-end targets,
- Designing necessary methods and process improvements in order to achieve the desired efficiency targets in the production units,
- Organizing and recording and Kaizen meetings,
- Leading projects,
- Preparing performance reports requested by the top management.
