At BinBin, we like to grow at an incredible pace. To accomplish our goals, we need to strategize and execute our HR plan by doing a mix of little & big things in the upcoming period.
We are completely growth focused at BinBin, but having a dedicated team working and reporting on product will enable us to reach our business goals in an ultra-fast fashion. Thus, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team.
What you will do;
- Performing the recruitment process from end to end,
- Support candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process and ensure a signature candidate experience.
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities and to fill critical hiring needs in a timely manner.
- Assisting in building Integrated Resourcing strategies, policies and procedures, and updating them if required
- Managing data through digital platforms/databases, monitoring and developing data quality, developing and performing management reports
- Identify and manage stakeholders and influencers to accelerate and manage recruitment process.
- Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability and competency based assessments during their interview.
- Conduct external benchmarking to understand competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders.
- Participate in and/or lead diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce to BinBin by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles.
- Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting required,
- Headhunter experience is a plus,
- Preferably experienced in Assessment Center, Personality Inventory tools,
- Excellent command of fluent English,
