QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics departments of universities,
• At least 3 years of experience in demand/supply management, sales planning processes,
• Competent in interpretation and decision making with intensive data analysis,
• High analytical thinking ability, detail-oriented and result-oriented,
• Loves to learn and constantly improve the work, has the courage to change,
• Ability to work comfortably in uncertain conditions and adapt to changing conditions,
• Has very good communication and negotiation skills and worked in coordination with different teams,
• Very good knowledge of MS office –especially Excel – software,
• Very good knowledge of English,
• Preferably with automotive industry experience,
• Completed military service (for male candidates).
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Model and channel-based order studies according to short, medium and long-term sales forecasts and optimum stock level,
• Making channel-based sales analysis, combining this information with future market, demand and supply plan expectations, creating insights and developing action suggestions,
• Taking actions to ensure that the company remains in the optimum stock structure by closely monitoring the stocks,
• Ensuring the necessary coordination and negotiations with internal and external customers regarding the vehicle supply plan and availability levels,
• Execution of dealer order, target and allocation studies,
• Carrying out short and medium term market and sales forecasting studies,
• Leading development efforts to increase the efficiency of sales and supply planning processes with a continuous improvement perspective.
