QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree from technical departments
•At least 5 years of experience in Authorized Service Network operations management and field operations
•Proficient with MS Office Applications
•B class driver’s license

•Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken.

Your main tasks:
•Develop business plans in line with the company's policy and targets (KPIs), and act according to the plans to reach the service network targets
•Improve the existing service network and perform service analysis, ensuring the completion of activities carried out by the service network points
•Identify new Authorized Service Points (ISPs) needs, to analyse and to create or close Authorized Service Points (ISPs), to carry out activities
•Organize, manage and monitor the Authorized Service Points (ISPs) activities (repair – installations – check – inspection)
•Support the Call Centre in managing customer complaints, improving the communication between the Authorized Service Points (ISPs) and the Call Centre
•Cooperate with our authorized Dealers
•Make sure all Authorized Service Points (ISPs) receive relevant coaching
•Work closely with other functions within the Ownership Solutions team to provide best in class after sales service to the customers.
