QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION:
To sell industrial kitchen, laundry and beverage equipment project to final customer and follow the budget of year.
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES:
1. To sell industrial kitchen and laundry equipment project especially to final customer,
2. To visit customers regularly,
3. To prepare his/her department’s sales budget of year and to make an effort for achieve the sales budget,
4. To take care payments correspondance with Electrolux Professional general credit policy and to control payment terms and total prices,
5. To prepare industrial kitchen and laundry project with Electrolux Professional project team and to prepare price offer and present to final customer,
6. To control layout and the installation,
7. To make a contract after sales of project and control contract in law and if it’s convenience for company benefit,
8. To make a realistic logistics and stock plan with Logistic department for sold project and prevent from overstock,
9. To work with customers, logistics department, after sales department, regional sales managers and site responsibles coordinately for the execution and delivery of project,
10. To work coordinately and keep in contact with other departments in his/her responsibilities,
11. To work coordinately with another sales responsible staff,
12. To prepare sales reports and present line managers,
13. To carry out all responsibilities and liabilities,
14. To improve himself/ herself about equipments and their technical datas,
15. To work for improving the general efficiency.
AUTORIZATION AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
1. To process the regulation,
2. To follow all notification and internal circular,
3. To responsible for Company privacy,
4. To responsible for User passwords privacy,
5. To report all responsibilities and related actions.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Education level: Universtiy degree - Mechanical or Industrial Engineer
Experience: Min. 5 Year, sectoral experience preferred
Foreign Language: Good level of written and spoken English
Computer program: MS Office
Certificate: Driver’s licence (B)
