As a "Sales Business Development Specialist" you will be responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities and key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and leading all sales and marketing strategies and communicating this to the all cross functional teams and leading category development projects
- Work with functional departments to create and implement tailored recommendations for channel's specific needs
- Closely monitor financial performance of the category and find out further opportunities to strengthen business growth, as well as control of monthly budget
- Ensure allignment across sales, marketing, production, demand planning department and global parties according to the sales needs and marketing iniciatives
- Follow up the commercial investments execution for better return of investment
- Closely track and analyse internal & extarnal sales and market share reportings, launches in field, promotion / POS effectiveness and provide measures accordingly
- Plan, create, execute, set KPI, track POP materials and content in line with marketing strategy and regional needs
- Conduct frequent market visits to identify in-store execution opportunities and tracking of field execution KPI's
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;
- 2-4 years of sales experience; preferably on Trade Marketing, Sales, Food Service Channel experience in FMCG
- Excellent command of written & spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Available to Travel
- Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
- Ambitious with high desire of achievement
