QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Organizational Development Assistant Executive (Temporary)" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

In this role you will;

  • Assisting to create Job Descriptions, draw Organizational Charts
  • Execute HR metrics analyses and monthly HR reporting studies
  • Using HR IT Systems for different organizational analyses and ensuring organizational data is correct on the systems
  • Taking part in Organizational Development projects for improving the company to deliver better business results
  • Searching benchmarks and best practices to feed organizational change needs
  • Responsible from Organizational Data Entries & Monthly Reviews on HR systems
  • Assisting "Cultural Identity & Leadership Development Journey" operations like following procurement and invoice processes
  • Supporting to communication process and following the action plan with agency for communication materials
  • Assisting the organization of coaching sessions, workshops, change agents' organizations, meeting organizations and other processes of the project
  • Supporting the organization and implementation of employee engagement survey
  • Searching benchmarks for culture and employee experience studies


To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering, Human Resources etc.)
  • Strong consultancy background and experience on organizational transformation and change management processes
  • Advanced writing and speaking skills in English
  • Minimum 8 years HR professional, related experience in Organizational Development processes in organizations that operate with high velocity and changing dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across the organization
  • Strong creativity, imaginative and solution focused mindset - pushes boundaries and embraces learning technology to develop systems for HR operating model
  • Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity, manage multiple projects through completion on time and on budget, and to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
  • The role will be employed in temporary contract until 31 December 2022
