We're looking for a highly motivated Organizational Development Executive.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in university, equivalent master’s degree is a plus,

· 7+ years of experience,

· Experience in designing and executing OD projects,

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, (both in Turkish and English),

· Strong communication and negotiation skills,

· Solution-oriented, strong analytical and structured thinking skills,

· Enthusiasm for learning and self-development,

· Excellent reporting skills,

Job Description

· Executing organizational design and development activities by understanding organizational requirements and company strategies and to organize organization structure accordingly,

· Executing HR metrics analysis and monthly HR reporting studies,

· Ensuring that HR policies and practices are implemented in accordance with the HR strategy,

· Supporting of performance management system processes,

· Ensuring that organizational changes are correct and complete in HR systems and keeping up to date,

· Preparation and sharing of organizational change announcements,

· Ensuring that job descriptions are up-to-date and complete with an organizational point of view,

· Taking part in OD projects, especially the Lean Title Structure Project,

· Preparation of OD policies and procedures,
