- Analyzing work processes and efficiency,
- Performing job evaluation studies,
- Developing and enforcing company policies and procedures,
- Developing organizational design and development strategies based on company goals,
- Evaluating and analyzing organizational change requests and suggestions,
- Preparing and updating organization charts and organizational development procedures,
- Creating new job descriptions and updating existing job descriptions if necessary,
- Establishing and developing Performance Management System based on company goals,
- Establishing and managing Career Management System,
- Executing system development and integration for projects,
- Adapting new learning technologies.
