Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industry Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration or Psychology,

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR fields (Preferably Organizational Development) or Strategy or Business Development,

  • Technical knowledge and experience in reporting,

  • Good command of MS Office programs,

  • Good at relationship management,

  • Improved analytical thinking, planning and organization skills,

  • Good command of English,

  • No obstacle to travel,

  • No military service obligation (for male candidates).

Basic Functions:
  • Analyzes headcount needs of the account, observes prudence in headcount allocation, manages span of control limitations within the account,

  • Alignment of organization structure with company’s strategic initiatives, business demands,

  • Review the organizational structure regularly and recommends changes to make the organization more efficient,

  • To design organization structures in detail on function basis, to create the charts, to ensure information is always up to date,

  • To carry out job analysis / assessments company wide,

  • To determine new roles, responsibilities and job descriptions in the company together with business units, to constantly update the existing ones,

  • To plan and carry out permanent staff studies, work load analysis,

  • To carry out norm-actual analysis, effective budget follow-up regularly,

  • To participate in wage researches, to make analysis,

  • To review titles and grades,

  • To create job families.
