We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Performance Management Specialist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in university,
• Min. 4 years of experience in Senior Performance Management, Human Resources processes and systems,
• Experience in designing and executing OD projects, OKR / KPI setting process is must,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Solution-oriented, strong analytical and structured thinking skills,
• Ability to use a wide range of data for needs analysis, solutioning, and dashboard creation/presentations,
• Strong OKR tool, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication tools,

Job Description

• Execute the implementation of OKR methods and tools including, software for enterprise alignment, priority setting, measurement, best practice communications and mitigation planning,
• Execute performance management system processes,
• End-to-end management of annual Performance Management Cycle in accordance with company strategies and goals, considering system and communication tools,
• Design tools and programs for building and improving feedback culture in the workplace,
• Provide input to the related HR processes and systems on time,
• Support HR metrics analysis and monthly HR reporting studies,
• Support the implementation of OKR methods and tools,
• Carry organizational design and development activities by understanding organizational requirements and company strategies and to organize organization structure accordingly,
• Execute job description processes,
• Ensure that HR policies and practices are implemented in accordance with the HR strategy,
