We're looking for a "Livechat Product Support Executive" for our Head Office in Mecidiyeköy.


Job Description

  • Working with category, marketing and brand partnership teams to achieve/over achieve monthly/annual performance KPI’s of dedicated category/ies,
  • Analyzing and interpreting key performance metrics - i.e. traffic, conversion, customer, revenue, NPS – to give direction to category/ies ePromotor team achieving targets,
  • Increasing sales revenue and customer satisfaction for the products of the brands involved in the Live Chat project,
  • Feeding category teams with data and customer insights to set category strategy, establish an campaign plan.


Qualifications

  • Graduated from related departments of universities,
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a commercial role,
  • E-commerce experience is an asset,
  • Having simple technical knowledge about Mobile&Mobile Accessories products,
  • Strong communication, persuasion and team management skills,
  • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken,
  • Active user of MS Office programs,
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
