We are seeking an adventurous, enthusiastic and talented Organisational Development Executive(s) to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with highly talented and passionate people as stakeholders locally and globally.
What will you do:
- Contribute to the inspiring organizational development agenda by creating and implement programs that connect employees with company purpose and goals.
- Develop best practices in the area of responsibility to improve organisational performance and effectiveness as well as support organisational growth.
- Execute and measure the effectiveness of the talent programs, partner and collaborate with HR Business Partners, global HR Team and business leaders.
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Ensure that the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire and constantly increase the quality
- Monitor Service Level Agreements, client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate
- Serve as subject matter expert on key performance and talent management processes.
What We Expect:
- Min Bachelor degree in a related field
- Experience in designing and executing OD projects – we’re in the middle of a highly demanding and attractive agenda touching to multiple dimensions of the employee life cycle – such as roll out of new Performance Appraisal System, Reverse Mentoring, new ATS integration, HR AI, Young Talent Programs, New Generation Onboarding process and so on..
- 3 years experience in OD topics - 3 years is good enough to first see the full agenda then start doing in your own way on the second year and flourish at the end!
- Experience with working and owning HR data, continous improvement projects on HR processes and employee experience design
- Advanced level of English – half of your time will be spent to deal with our colleagues in Corporate team in Düsseldorf
- Project management, process design and implementation, planning and coordination and impactful communication are the most relevant skills we look for
- Needless to say but curiosity to explore, resilience in fast moving environments, high level of social competence are the essentials for a Center of Excellence person in HR
