GENEL NİTELİKLER


Talent Development

· Develop and maintain talent management framework based on corporate standards and design provide or leverage talent management processes, tools and systems.

· Conduct regular Executive/Employee Development Reviews (EDRs),

· Provide 360 feedback, career coaching, Mentor programs, support employees in identifying career paths and roles within the Group and appropriate development plans to enable them to attain their career goals and aspirations.

· Ability to screen CVs, interview candidates, use psychometric tools, design and facilitate assessment centers and complete comparative analysis of candidates with an unbiased approach with the aim of assessing their suitability against the job requirements.

· Support administration of various Talent Management (TM) initiatives, programs, processes and tools.

· Gather data and prepare analysis for TM data management and reporting, guide others in team regarding the same.

· Support development opportunities, e.g. mentoring, talent programs, manage graduate/college recruit programs.

Employer Branding

· Provide guidelines, materials and activities to promote DPDHL brand to attract/retain candidates, manage job fairs and benchmark employer attractiveness.

· Graduate Programs: Create, implement and manage Graduate /College Recruitment and Internship programs.

The Person:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Good written and verbal communication skills in English

· Minimum 3 years of total Human Resources experience,

· Learning agility and curious mindset

· Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships

· Teamwork oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Innovative approach
