QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will;
- Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives, plan & sell
- Will be responsible for the management of Metro, BTT, BİM and A101 accounts
- New product launches on time
- Follow the projects and coordinate with other departments
- Understand customer work processes, build strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts
- Explore category growth opportunities, conduct frequent market visits to identify in-store execution opportunities
- Coordinate and follow field operations to ensure communicated opportunities are turned into actions and revenue
- Work closely and collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Marketing,Finance and Supply Chain Teams
- Communicate critical business information to the appropriate internal contacts for action
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;
- University degree
- 3-4 years functional experience within Sales (Account management experience is a must)
- MS Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint) knowledge
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented
- Selling Capability / Negotiations / Project Tracking
- Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
- Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
