QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Discounter Key Account Executive" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

In this role you will;

  • Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives, plan & sell
  • Will be responsible for the management of Metro, BTT, BİM and A101 accounts
  • New product launches on time
  • Follow the projects and coordinate with other departments
  • Understand customer work processes, build strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts
  • Explore category growth opportunities, conduct frequent market visits to identify in-store execution opportunities
  • Coordinate and follow field operations to ensure communicated opportunities are turned into actions and revenue
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Marketing,Finance and Supply Chain Teams
  • Communicate critical business information to the appropriate internal contacts for action


To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

  • University degree
  • 3-4 years functional experience within Sales (Account management experience is a must)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint) knowledge
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented
  • Selling Capability / Negotiations / Project Tracking
  • Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
  • Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
