QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Sales Associate” to be located in our HQ. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:


  • Acting as a point of contact for existing and potential dealers within assigned territory
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges in HOD-OOH Channel
  • Reporting on sales results of his area of responsibility (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • Presenting our products and services to prospective customer to expand territory or replacing underperforming dealers according to company criteria
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions in order to create a long-term and mutual relationship
  • Working closely with other internal teams to meet individual and company objectives
  • Following-up competitior activity closely and report company's positon in the market (Price, Services, Logistics etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant department of Universities,
  • Minimum 3 years of Sales (Dealer Management) experience in FMCG; OOH or HOD Channel experience is a plus,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Active Driver-B Class,
  • Excellent social skills and being team player,
  • Analytical and result oriented personality,
  • Efficient planning and reporting skills,
  • No restriction to travel,
  • Completed military service for male candidates
