QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a ”Service Support Responsible” for our multinational client in “Istanbul Tuzla”.


QUALIFICATON

• University / College graduated

• Full computer literacy (MS Office Programs)

• 2+ years customer service administration experience. Preferred in technical industrial product manufacturers or trading company.

• Strong data analysis skill (Advanced Excel knowledge)

• To have good standard of presentation skills

• To have excellent communication skills

• To be a team worker, with excellent interpersonal relation skills

• Influence skill

• Spare parts supplier chain and inventory management experience is preferred.


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with Operations Manager and operations team to increase efficiency of operational activities, deliver the best value to our customers.

• Registration of the Tool coming to the service, managing the entire process. Tracking the devices within the target times, Preparation of the delivery notes

• Complete order fulfillment process from order entry to shipment planning/service order input and invoicing customers (internal/external) in coordination with relative departments to ensure order accomplishment

• Ensure timely input and accuracy of data for order processing, reporting and performance measurements.

• Track the tool status and feedback to customer / engineer with other inquire as well.

• Manage Local critical parts inventory and ensure the inventory accuracy.

• Prepare and manage purchasing process.

• Receiving customer complaints and tracking the results.

• Dispatch service request to operations & sales departments, track to close and respond to customer's inquiries.

• Be ready to take up new tasks if needed;
