QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the Sales team Power Switching & Monitoring in Istanbul, you support the sales engineers and the manager in various activities:

  • Prepare quotations, make product decision if needed
  • Give technical support to customers
  • Use CRM and ERP properly (fullfill, analyze, correct if necessary)
  • Follow bad depts
  • Follow deliveries

You are also the local contact for Marketing activities, and as such you are in regular contact with the regional Marketing Manager (HQ) :

  • Organize events, trainings, seminars
  • Participate to events and trade fairs
  • Responsible for catalogues, social media, technical magazines and articles etc. (incl. translations from english to turkich).


REQUIRED PROFILE


You graduated in Sales and business administration or electrical sciences (technician or bachelor degree), and have a first experience (1/2 years) in sales or marketing support, ideally in a technical environment.


You are comfortable with IT Tools and written communication (social medias, articles,…) both in Turkish and English (B2).


You are definitely a team player, willing to work in an international environment and with team members from various backgrounds. You are customer service oriented (both internal and external), and detail oriented. You like to be involved in a dynamic team, and you are happy to share your ideas with your colleagues in a continuous improvement spirit.
