QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our company operating in the automotive sector in Ukraina, Belarus and Turkey.

Qualifications

· Fluency both in written and spoken Russian and Turkish. English is an asset

· Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales, sales support and operation activities

· Experience in the automotive sector is an asset

· Proficiency in MS Office applications

· Having good coordination skills

· Good at people relations and communications, team player, result oriented and self-motivated

· Advanced leadership, organization, planning and managerial skills

· Well organized and good time management skills

· Residing in İstanbul Anatolian side (location is in Bostancı)

Job Description

· Providing support to the Sales and Aftersales Services team in our offices abroad

· Ensuring communication and coordination between the sales office, distributors and dealers

· Supporting the achievement short-term and long term sales goals

· Follow-up of orders and vehicle loadings

· Preparation and follow up of sales agreements

· Preparation of sales reports

· Managing the daily operations
