We are looking for a “Export Sales Support Specialist” for our leading customer operating in the glass industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Proceeding customers’ orders in production to deliver the products on time,

- Managing all the audit and approval processes before the shipments,

- Coordinating international transport in order to meet the confirmed delivery dates in a timely and effective manner,

- Handling production plan and actual stock based on customer forecast,

- Providing support to the customers for complaints after the sales,

- Following customer payments; ensuring that the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts,

- Weekly and monthly reporting.

QUALIFICATONS

- University degree in related fields,

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations management.

- High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,

- Having sense of detail and able to take initiative and responsibility,

- Excellent computer skills in MS Office and in Excel,

- Good command of English in reporting and speaking.
