QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Advanced level English language knowledge.
- With at least 8 years of sales experience, a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
- Has effective communication and sales skills.
- Prone to teamwork, open to development and learning.
- Taking care of the appearance.
- Willing, disciplined, and planned workable.
- Active driving and class B driver’s license.
- Well-knowledge about MS programs.
- Able to travel at domestic and abroad.
- Developing medium and long-term overseas sales target policy for the company.
- To provide the missing needs of the sales department in line with the information from the staff.
- To determine general targets and policies together with quality activities abroad and to evaluate the results by ensuring their implementation.
- Managing overseas budget activities in the field of sales and marketing.
- Designing new strategies and ideas in the field of sales.
- To keep up-to-date with emerging global sales and marketing strategies.
- To monitor, report and monitor sales and marketing activities of products and services owned by rival companies.
- Conducting market research abroad and evaluating these researches.
- Creating new strategies to keep track of changing competitive conditions in the market.
- Conduct data analysis and research to identify the target customer base.
- To ensure operational support of offices to be opened abroad.
- To plan activities that will increase performance by following overseas employees.
- To increase the customer portfolio by doing new and reactive customer work.
- To play an active role in determining needs and producing solutions with customer visits.
