QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Sales Acquisition and Project Manager.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Sales and Project Manager for commercial vehicle diesel common rail system customer projects
  • Coordinate and lead cross functional teams across several locations to develop, plan, execute and monitor
    strategic projects to meet customer and internal requirements achieving timing, quality and cost targets
    Execute project management disciplines according to Mobility Sector, Powertrain Solutions and local standards, using
    Bosch internal tools( like iGPM, QAT, flow etc.)
  • Preparation and presentation of project reviews and quality gates; identify and communicate escalation topics
    Lead all commercial topics associated with the projects including price management/negotiation with the
    customer
  • Direct the change management process including coordination with the Bosch plants, quotation of changes to
    ensure profitability targets and execute implementation to meet customer timing
  • Responsible for sample management and coordination. Confirm customer requirements, quoting and ordering
    to ensure orders are received and delivered on-time to meet customer technical specifications and project
    milestones
  • Manage and communicate customer program data for Bosch business planning activities
  • Manage New technologies regarding powertrain system transformation. H2 ICE, Fuel Cell etc.



Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree of Mechanical, Mechatronics and Electronics Engineering
  • 4 or more years of previous project management, engineering, or sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written (English) language skills required. German is asset
  • Individual must be motivated and have ability to work independently.
  • Ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations.
  • Must have moderate to advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project,
    PowerPoint and Outlook software. Must be capable of learning other software packages.
  • Individual must possess the interpersonal skills to communicate with coworkers and customers in a
    professional manner.
  • Proven capability to negotiate and close complex topics
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Experience with Diesel Engine powertrain systems , preferably Bosch systems
  • Familiarity with Bosch Powertran System program management and sales processes including iGPM, FLOW, MCR, MSP,
    QUO, SAMOS, VPZ, etc is an asset
