Your Responsibilities
/ Planning and executing consumer centric and brand specific product trainings for internal and external stakeholders
/ Preparing and synchronizing training activities to support the campaigns
/ Overseeing and concretizing appropriate training activities and methods using digital tools
/ Delivering necessary training budget and training roadmap
Your Profile
/ University degree in relevant fields
/ Minimum 5 years similar experience in white goods or fast moving consumer products
/ Fluent English knowledge is a must
/ Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge, experience with Business analytic tools and SAP knowledge is preferable
/ Detail and result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical abilities, customer oriented, excellent multinational interpersonal and communication skills
