QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Responsibilities

/ Managing and planning ratio (cost down) projects inline with yearly targets
/ Planing and coordinating benchmark activities and idea creation workshops required for relevant products to provide more competitive offer
/ Managing and supporting required monthly reportings in collaboration with relevant departmants
/ Ensuring yearly strategic approach for fulfilling upcoming years targets
/ Coordinating and follow up relevant projects in collaboration with development and cross functional teams
Your Profile
/ Bachelors or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar field of engineering)
/ Strong analytical skills, assertiveness, strong personal initiative, capability to moderate cross functional teams, high self-motivation and structured way of working
/ Good level of analysing complex data pool and interpretation skills
/ Good level of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint ..)
/ Good presentation skills with the ability to explain and persuade complex financial figures to management.
/ Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset
