QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a teammate to work as an "Export Sales and Marketing Specialist" for our company, which designs, manufactures, sells and markets medical consumables at international standards
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Planning and implementing sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory in line with budget targets
- Managing existing portfolio while gaining new customers
- Participating in international trade fairs and visiting customers abroad
- Issuing the proforma and entering the customer's purchase orders into the systems
- Carrying out the shipment processes in coordination with the Export Operations Specialist and ensuring on time deliveries
- Monitoring and reporting sales targets periodically
- Making market analyzes, preparing reports and taking action on the basis of channel, sector, category and product
- Performing accurate forecasting and budgeting based on real market data as well as sales histories and checking the market updates regularly and reporting to the Export Manager
- Managing all processes from receipt of order through to shipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or Marketing departments of the Universities
- Fluent in English and Turkish languages
- At least 2 years of experience in Export Sales and Marketing
- Having good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with people from different cultures
- Eager to take new challenges and learn
- Strong planning and coordination competence
- Having no restrictions for domestic and
international travel - Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Having knowledge of international export legislation and its applications or open to learning
- Having knowledge of transportation, customs procedures and legislations
- Having knowledge of payment methods such as letter of credit, cash against goods or documents
- Having knowledge about taxation in Export Processes
- Living in the Asian Side of Istanbul and Kocaeli (Gebze-Darıca)
