Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and the customer needs in terms of price, leadtime and product.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's ongoing and strong presence.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales specialists.
Within the company strategy and targets, working in coordination with all units to ensure of having the best quality of products with the right timing and best cost after evaluating and analyzing customer demands.
Following the market trends, competitor activities and products.
Improving the sales processes collaborating with the related functions inside the company.
