GENEL NİTELİKLER

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably faculty of economics and administrative sciences),
  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position in retail sector,
  • Fluency in written and spoken English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office,
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively,
  • Excellent financial/data analysis skills, and profit & loss responsibility,
  • Have no restriction to travel and able to adapt to a busy travel schedule,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours.

We are looking for an "Overseas Sales Operations Manager" who will be responsible for the following processes of the overseas In Street stores.

  • Working in coordination with the relevant units so that the operational processes in Turkey can be implemented in the target countries, to build the necessary infrastructure for sustainable success,
  • To manage the budget of the operation in order to achieve the profitability target in the relevant countries,
  • To monitor the realization rates of monthly/seasonal/yearly turnover and KPI targets and to take quick action when necessary,
  • To continuously share information with the allocation and logistics units for efficient stock management,
  • To follow the competition closely, and accordingly, to produce strategies that will develop the store concept and in-store applications,
  • Working with the product category unit and planning team while creating seasonal collections, taking an active role in product selection,
  • To increase the service quality by taking an active role in the design process of the systems that will provide the service standard in the stores,
  • Ensuring that the new store opening process is carried out in coordination with all departments,
  • To produce policies that will improve the human resources in the field and increase motivation,
  • Conducting site visits in target countries and making feasibility studies to expand market representation.
