We are looking for a "Real Estate Sales Manager” to join our internationally growing organization who will be based in Ethiopia.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Real Estate Sales
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Using all the MS Office programs effectively
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience in sales team management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bound to ethical principles
  • Result and solution-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Setting weekly, monthly, and annual goals according to the sales plan and tracking these goals by meeting with team members on a regular time
  • Training sales team to build rapport, ensure client trust, and make the sale on a regular basis
  • Developing and implementing training programs that teach sales members how to get customers with continually coaching
  • Analyzing trends and results and generating timely sales reports
  • Preparing reports and presentations to Sales Director
  • Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Conducting market research, competitor and customer analysis
  • Preparing the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its a strong presence
  • Planning and implementing sales objects and evaluating sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment
