We are currently looking for a "International Trade Marketing Specialist "to join our Export Team in İstanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or closely related field, (
  • 1-3 years experience in FMCG, Sales, Marketing, Trade marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Strong planning, organizing and follow up skills
  • Good team player, strong communication skills, analytical thinking with innovative point of view.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitoring the realization of target values such as tonnage and turnover of Export Sales, supporting to creating an action plan to reach the targets,
  • Supporting the determination of monthly and quarterly sales targets within the scope of export sales targets,
  • Following the budgeting processes of the International Sales Department, making budget target-actual situation analyzes,
  • Regularly monitoring the costs of Export Sales products, analyzing the profitability of the Export sales category,
  • Following the stocks of export products, promotion stocks and production plans in the factories,
  • Measuring the efficiency of the customer and the product portfolio produced within the scope of Export Sales and making the necessary export analyzes,
  • Communicating with teams such as Production Planning, Production and R&D and executing the process in order to meet export production standards and customer needs,
  • Analyzing opportunities and potentials by making market and competitor analysis, supporting the processes of making sales plans in communication with teams such as Production Planning, Purchasing, Marketing,
  • Managing the brand's market entry, promotion and development activities in countries,
  • Preparing the project plans for the works to be carried out within the scope of wine events, controlling the planned budget of the process, following the competitor activities and sharing them with the International Sales Development Manager and relevant departments,
  • To follow up supplier agreements, purchasing processes and production processes for the follow-up of promotional materials, to follow the production and shipment processes of promotional products.
