1. Creating a clear marketing strategy along with the GM
2. Developing the organization’s mid to long term strategic and annual marketing and operational plans
3. Analyzing current marketing strategies and implementing changes
4. Measuring the success of marketing and creative campaigns across the business
5. Overseeing all marketing activities across the full marketing mix.
6. Assessing new marketing opportunities for generating business
7. Keeping up to date with industry and technological changes that impact the business
8. Overseeing the CRM activities
9. Ensuring the CRM and all marketing software is up to date and fit for purpose
10. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, maİling, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
11. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
12. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
13. Collaborate with GM in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
14. Organizing events and product exhibitions
15. Managing campaigns on social media
16. Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
17. Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
18. Working closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, market research, production, legal, corporate relations, finance, sales and distribution
