To use the marketing automation system (Marketo) to create a lead, to take an active role in the integration of CRM and marketing automation in the upcoming process; managing campaigns through these systems and making them efficient, creating personalised marketing campaign via marketing automation,
Focus on increase the customer experience journey
Create and launch communication campaigns on new products,
Be responsible for building the yearly communication plan and executing it according to a yearly budget in-line with business lines and common functions,
Ensure local and global implementation of the communication campaigns and follow up results,
Create and implement digital marketing plan, social media marketing plan
Organize customer events and dealer’s meeting,prepare local marketing printed and promotional materials,
C4C webleads follow up and support,
Manage joint projects with Human Resources department linked to Employer Branding and EVP, Drive customer satisfaction surveys (NPS),
Execute the all processes of Partner Magazine and publish on time
