GENEL NİTELİKLER


We are looking for IT & CRM Supervisor for our Group Companies which operate in Real Estate business. The position will be placed in HQ in Ataşehir.


Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the Real Estate Market,
  • Experience of planning, creating and delivering customer communication plans and segmented multi-channel CRM campaigns (SMS, push notifications, e-mail etc.),
  • Understanding and experience of continuous test and learn campaigns, use of personalisation, and segmentation to continuously seek ways to improve campaign performance,
  • Solid experience of working with CRM systems, preferably ZOHO CRM System,
  • Competent across all MS Office Applications, particularly in Excel,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (Essential skill - Candidates who do not meet this criterion will not be considered. Arabic is a plus).


Key Areas of Responsibility

CRM Processes

  • Create campaign strategies and solutions through direct marketing channels including email, app push, web push, in-app messaging,
  • Work extensively with the Product team in managing and prioritizing the overall CRM tech development roadmap,
  • Actively manage, optimize and own all customer communications and CRM metrics including send-rate, open-rate, CTR, CR and etc.,
  • Monitor and report the Call Center Activities to increase productivity,
  • Analyze the needs of the guests, prepare and conduct customized projects to satisfy these needs,
  • Design, monitor and improve the channels like Call Center, Live Chat, Whatsapp etc.,
  • Execute the marketing communication processes (Email, SMS) and provide reports,
  • Produce and present regular reporting and insights on all aspects of CRM performance; you will be expected to dive deep,
  • Analyze customer data to conduct and develop segmentation,
  • Determine target groups for campaigns and announcements,
  • Measure and analyze performance metrics for campaigns,
  • Supporting staff in IT processes.
