Bachelor’s degree in one of the related 4 years Engineering or Business Management
Minimum 3 years experience in CRM Operations
Fluent in English
Proficiency in MS Office
Experienced in analyzing CRM data, process design and project management
Analytical thinking, foresighted, has process design and development competencies
Good team player with coordination and open communication skills
Have Kaizen philosophy and daring to change
Completed military service for male candidates
Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge, experience in different areas of marketing and automotive experience are assets.
Job Description:
Designing and managing all CRM platforms in coordination with IT department, for online / offline customer touchpoints, and providing to use the systems by all co-workers
Organising all CRM Trainings for different departments and dealers. Guiding dealers to use CRM systems effectively to get maximum efficiency
Close monitoring of dealers' performance, monitoring and developing related KPIs, reporting those to different departments, increasing the efficiency of performance monitoring
Monitoring and improving sales and after sales lead mangement activities
Improving the customer database in terms of quality & quantity, improving the processes and the system to obtain more meaningful data
Planning and executing 1to1 communication activities (SMS, e-mail), designing and implementing marketing automation campaigns
Identifying pain points by analyzing the feedbacks from customers and business / process owners for ideal customer journey design and continuous improvement. Following and supporting countermeasures.
