QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
· Minimum of 4-year experience at a similar or quality assurance role,
· Good command of English language (Writing, Reading and Speaking),
· Good command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel),
· Highly organized with efficient documentation skills,
· Proven ability to work independently, be proactive and multi-task in a fast pace work environment,
· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, able to communicate at all levels,
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Support Management Systems team in planning and coordination of department tasks (Knowledge of accreditation matters is an asset)
· Data Management and reporting of department activities.
· Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems.
· Contribute to business meetings and report on issue status.
· Supporting other administrative day-to-day business operations
