QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Global Kapital Group was established in 2010 and has grown in a mere 11 years to a global financial services company, with offices currently across 20-countries and a total workforce of over 2,000 people.

This role will work for the global brokerage business line of Global Kapital Group.

We are looking for a talented colleague for the "Junior Brand Manager" position. Join us to create a difference!

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing or related departments,

· Master’s degree on Marketing is an asset,

· Min. 2 - 2,5 years experienced brand management and agency management preferably in Finance/Banking

· Knowledge at offline and/or digital marketing,

· Excellent communication in English both verbal and written

· Experience to manage agencies (Creative/ Media/ Social Media/PR/Event) and write engaging briefs

· Strong communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented and time management skills,

· Manage multiple priorities and strong project management skills,

· Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Power Point.

· Proactive and a good team player

· Ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams (Creative, Analytical Marketing, Performance Marketing, Web Development, Finance, Human resources, and Regional Teams.)

Job Description:

· Supporting marketing planning process in line with brand objectives and plans,

· Supporting 360° marketing mix of the brand according to general brand strategy and company targets (both ATL/BTL/Digital/Social Media)

· Monitoring, analysing and evaluating market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities,

· Initiating and supervising the development & execution of brand activities and events,

· Analysing and interpreting the results of market research results (e.g. Nielsen, GFK, Ipsos) and translate them into recommendations and actions.

· Supporting partnerships and sponsorships activities

· Being key contact for regional teams
