QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Product Manager who will mainly be responsible for all the marketing activities of a range of products and will be reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director of DEM PHARMACEUTICALS.
The ideal candidates must have the below stated qualifications;
- University degree from reputable universities (Preferably in , Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry and Business Administration)
- Min. 3 years of PM experience in pharmaceutical product management area,
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent presentation, strategic planning, organization skills as well as oral and written communication competencies
- Competencies in analytical & innovative thinking and teamwork
- Self Motivator
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to travel
- No military obligation for male candidates
The job description of the position is;
- Preparing annual and longer-term marketing plans as well as the budget of the product
- Managing the pre-launch and launch plan activities
- Analyzing brand, market and competitors through market data & competitive information
- Coordinating the strategies, advertising and promotion programs
- Establishing and conducting close communication with key opinion leaders
- Carrying out dual visits with the sales team and developing & implementing training programs
- Organising clinic meetings & participating the scientific congresses
