We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service Team covering the following qualifications;

· At least 3 years experience in a similar Job
· Preferably experience In SAP
· Bachelor degree
Job Responsibilities
· Order processing / Create all orders in SAP
· Following open orders and Inform customers accordingly.
· Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests
· Enter customer prices in SAP / send price offers to the customers
· Customer complaint Management / create and monitor the complaint in the systemin an active role
· Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
· Help to plan customer demands in collaboration with planning and Sales Team
