We are looking for a “Sales Specialist” to be employed in our office in TÜBİTAK Marmara Teknokent / Gebze.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’ degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related (relevant) fields from a reputable university.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
· High level of communication skills, positive attitude, enthusiastic, self-driven.
· No obstacles to travel abroad
· Military service must be completed for male candidates.
Job Description
· Identifying and generating prospects and successfully convert them into sales
· Managing inbound emails and calls effectively
· Working collaboratively with the other departments in the organization in order to manage and follow up dispatching, manufacturing and delivery processes.
· Preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports
· Managing the existing key accounts by building the relationships, developing a sales and marketing plan, understanding their needs.
· Developing new business by identifying potential in accounts and new projects and recommending sales strategies.
· Analyzing sale pipelines and trends with senior management in order to forecast monthly sales goals and quotes.
· Conducting effective site visits together with distributors and markets
