QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Tasks

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction to the highest level.
  • Managing and controlling customer correspondence and relationships.
  • To receive and provide good communication with foundry customers, receive orders, enquires, prices request, overdue payments and other information related to deliveries
  • The processing and progressing of customer and purchase orders into SAP
  • Preparation of the despatch list for the warehouse
  • Various office administrations like filing ( customer, MSDS, data sheets files etc.)
  • Managing stock via reorder points
  • Issuing reports with sales, quotations etc.
  • Keep all customer related files
  • Managing export transactions and preparing export report for finance department
  • Intercompany sales
  • Help to office management issues when needed.


Knowledge/Experience/Skills:

  • Two or more years experience in a similar function
  • Knowledge of the company structure and how it functions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, methodical and capable of high levels of activity
  • Decisive
  • IT literate
  • Oral and written fluency in both Turkish and English
