QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Tasks
- Ensuring customer satisfaction to the highest level.
- Managing and controlling customer correspondence and relationships.
- To receive and provide good communication with foundry customers, receive orders, enquires, prices request, overdue payments and other information related to deliveries
- The processing and progressing of customer and purchase orders into SAP
- Preparation of the despatch list for the warehouse
- Various office administrations like filing ( customer, MSDS, data sheets files etc.)
- Managing stock via reorder points
- Issuing reports with sales, quotations etc.
- Keep all customer related files
- Managing export transactions and preparing export report for finance department
- Intercompany sales
- Help to office management issues when needed.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
- Two or more years experience in a similar function
- Knowledge of the company structure and how it functions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well organized, methodical and capable of high levels of activity
- Decisive
- IT literate
- Oral and written fluency in both Turkish and English
