HAS VİDA, which started its activities in 1975, is specialized in the production of customer-specific screws and rivets with its institutionalized structure in the fasteners sector and continues to grow rapidly. It produces innovative, fast and quality solutions for domestic and foreign companies with its customer-oriented approach.
HAS VİDA is looking for candidates for the position of "Sales and Marketing Specialist" who will add strength to its dynamism and will join its team with which it will create the next success story together.
Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant 4 year licence programs,
- Intermediate level of English is a must,
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Export Operations,
- SAP knowledge is a plus,
- Aiming to work with us in long term,
- Preferably driver licensed and active driver,
- Preferably residing in Gebze, Çayırova, Darıca or İstanbul Anatolian Side.
Job Description
- Responsible of order entries to SAP system,
- Performing all email and phone communication clients about their order status and commercial issues,
- Checking the conformity of the demands of the customers with planning department and give feedback to customers,
- Keeping the SAP records update,
- Responsible from arranging of all Loading, Transportation and Export Operations starting from the order entry until the delivery of the goods to the client,
- Preparing all Export Documents in coordination with the client and implementing all Export Operations with the custom agency.
