SALES SPECIALIST

We are looking for candidates who will work as "SALES SPECIALIST" in the housing project in İzmit which we manage the sales and marketing processes.

• Native language should be Arabic,

• Preferably good level of written and spoken English and Arabic Languages,

• Aiming high income (salary + premium),

• Preferably experienced in the real estate sector,

• Having strong communication skills both verbal and written,

• Ability of thinking analytically,

• Able to use MS Office programs at good level,

• Positive, presentable and able to have good presentation skills,

• Having empathy skill and proper to teamwork,

• Being careful, disciplined and good follower.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implementation of written responsibilities communicated to him regarding the job description.

• Introducing the project to the customers who come to the project sales office and realizing the sales,

• Keeping in touch with domestic and international agency contacts,

• Preparation of daily/monthly/annual reports and customer follow-ups,

• Informing customers about campaigns and updates,

• Providing necessary ideas and feedback for the development of sales.
