QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Brightworks Engineering is trusted to deliver and support products / solutions / services in plastic injection molding industry for customers globally in over 10 countries from automotive to thin wall packaging and now looking for a bright candidate who would like to build a career for him/herself in plastic injection molding industry in a multinational environment with top class Global partners.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Minimum B.Sc Degree from a reputable University in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year – maximum 2 years of job experience required
- Technical sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment (molding environment is highly preferred)
- Background in plastic injection molding is a plus
- Proven language skills in English in writing, reading and speaking
- Computer literacy; intermediate or advanced level proficiency in Windows software, Office package (spreadsheets, Outlook and other Microsoft office applications)
- Well-presented and ability to represent Brightworks Engineering at the highest level
- Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate win/win solutions
- Able to work alone and self-generate new account leads
- Personal organisation and planning; good time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability

- Aged below 28
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- To work with Brightworks’ already built customer network and develope long term relationships with current Customer network
- To search and develop new customer leads, accounts
- To make market research, business development
- To understand the needs of customers technically in depth, and to develop special offers with a differential advantage over the competitors
- Making customer visits regularly both finding new potential business opportunities and retaining the customer network
- Travel to customers to provide commissioning, training, technical sales support, troubleshooting, and support with customer visits and trade shows
- Preparing quotations according to cost break-down studies to his/her customers
- To identify, develope and grow strategic accounts both in domestic and foreign markets
- Provide technical support when required (on urgent cases as well as daily basis) to customers to enable proactive feedback and assistance for the all accounts
- Work with customers to develope specialised solutions where applicable
- Keep customers informed of any progress/delays in responses to queries
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products/solutions according to customer leadtimes
- Build strategic, strong, long-lasting relationships with major customers
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Prepare and deliver effective technical & selling presentations
- Manage high level projects associated with key end customer accounts
- Drives expectations for profitability and key account growth
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management
- Maintain systems for tracking / recording customer contact
- Contribute to good team dynamics
