/ Driving customer service processes, following improvement projects based on customer feedbacks (Net Promoter Score)
/ Analyzing the service process details, consultancy and prioritization of cross-functional process improvement activities with digitalsolutionsandplatforms
/ Defining and ensuring the implementation of the projects and monitoring,organising huddlesandreporting all improvementactivities
/ Increasing efficiency and quality of processes,analysing consumer behavior via using analytical tools
/ Working for Customer Service and communicating with various departments, Project Management, Operations and strategy set upexperience
Your Profile
/ University degree in Engineering
/ Fluent English knowledge is a must
/ Minimum 2 years similar experience in Air-conditioning, VRF, HVAC or Central Cooling Businesses as Service or Project Engineer.
/ Excellent MS Office (Excel,Powerpoint) knowledge, able to analyze and use specialsystems&tools
/ Customer and result oriented,analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working with organizational ability and desire
