QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Responsibilities

/ Works through the leadership team to lead the development and implementation of the site Production System Strategy, actions and trainings
/ Designs and executes the BPS tools todrive business improvements and implementation and sustaining current and future BSH Standards
/ Conducts Bosch Production System assessments, and identify performance gaps. Works through the leadership team to prioritize improvement activities and close gaps.
/ Leads System CIP workshops across the organization to drive short-term and long-term factory improvements
/ Supports the continuous improvement teams. Assists in improvement activities including training, mentoring, facilitating Kaizen events, tool deployment, benchmarking, etc.
Your Profile
/ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or relevant engineering departments
/ Minimum 3 years Production System /Lean management experience
/ Having proven record in facilitating, leading kaizens and major improvements
/ Being able to deploy BPS tools (train, coach, facilitate) independently
/ Being disciplined, systematic with passion for lean. High personal integrity
