/ Layout and headcount planning of production line / investments, follow up budgetsaccordingly
/ Manages assembly line balancing/manpower planning, etc.based of the MTManalysis
/ Designs, evaluates and improvesergonomics of work stationsand processes
/ Generates and implements (labor, material, OHetc.)costsaving ideas
/ Take active role in the implementation projects of new equipment, machinery and production related systems
Your Profile
/ Graduated from Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
/ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Production
/ Knowledge of 6-Sigma, Lean Production and Ergonomicand basic knowledge of MTM (Methods - Time Measurement), MTM UAS or SD is preferable
/ Proficient in AutoCADoranyother CADapplication
/ Fluent English & Turkish knowledge ismust. Having very good communication skills, open minded, developed intercultural competence, high motivation and curiosity
