Your Responsibilities
/ Local counterpart to CorporateOperationsSteeringandBusiness Excellence,ensuringlocal compliance with global policy andregulations
/ Support strategic and operative initiatives & projects
/ Provide country level input to the development of standards, methods, tools, and processes, and ensure sustainable implementation and compliance of the localorganization
/ Support change and communication within Operations and
/ Support local cross-Operations footprint analysis andprojects
Your Profile
/ University degree in Engineering or Business Administration or similar
/ More than 5 years work experience atinternationalcompaniespreferably withEngineering & i4.0 background
/ Expert knowledge of project management, experience in using agile methods / new ways of collaboration, andabilityto work with cross-functional teams across various functions and execute project plans in a dynamic environment
/ Understanding of overall operational context and connections, understanding of operational valuechainwith awarenessof critical future capabilities based on strategic ambition and existing gaps, ability to close thosegaps
/ Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English)withthe ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts up to boardlevel
