pladis is looking for Customer Services Assistant Specialist for our pladis Turkey Continental Confectionery Company

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:


Responsibilities

  • Entering order Daily,
  • Check addresses on order as many cases with wrong city names until correct cities available in MDM. Manual adjustments,
  • Create / adjust customer addresses in MDM and SAP.
  • Check forecast at order entry,
  • Follow-up on inbound deliveries to plan outbound deliveries,
  • Handle adjusted orders received from customers,
  • Dialogue with shipping re. booking,
  • Change route / transit time on sales order,
  • Create delivery, Dialogue with shipping re. pick-up,
  • Adjusting quantity and Blocking / unblocking of pallets in SAP,
  • Ordering packing materials with CCC for damaged goods.
  • Invoicing,
  • Issue specific shipping documents for certain customers and send them by courier / e-mail,
  • Handling of returned goods – credit notes – return of goods into inventory – new delivery documents – co-ordination,
  • Manual closing of deliveries if in error,
  • Delivery reliability/service level.


Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from related departments,
  • Preferably 1-2 Years Experienced or New graduate,
  • Fluent in English, another language is a plus,
  • Analytical, open minded, team player and good communication skills,
  • Positive, energetic, resilient and result-oriented,
  • Good level of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is preferred,
  • Willing to reside at Çorlu, Lüleburgaz, Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ.
