SCHOTT Orim is looking for a new colleague who will be employed as Customer Management Generalist in Çerkezköy Plant,
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Equivalent departments
- Preferably 2-3 years experienced in Customer Management, Capacity & Production Planning or Logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
- Preferably experienced in SAP,
- Excellent command of English
- High competence in team work and communication
- No travel restrictions
- Must reside in Çerkezköy or Çorlu
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinating information flow between Warehouse Operation, Production and Sales departments
- Supporting Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process
- Meeting all questions, problems, demands and needs of customers regarding order management. Communicating solutions or answers to customers
- Planning and performing customer visits to both domestic and foreign customers.
- Site visits in various countries where SCHOTT has production sites for benchmark and best practices
- Involve in international projects run by Corporate and/or local sites
Responsible for whole process and work packages of order management
